(honestly delurk please)

today is delurking day around the web, which means you do your respective bloggers the courtesy of leaving a comment saying hi and you do that even moreso if you haven’t or don’t regularly do so.

simple.

so since i’ve got an honesty post up here…leave a comment with a fact about you that you know i don’t know but you think i’d find interesting!

ms. freeandflawed rockstar blog goddess bestowed upon me a little award that you may or may not agree with, but which i find very flattering.

as always, there are rules:

a) first list 10 honest things about yourself – and make it interesting, even if you have to dig deep!
b) pass the award on to 7 bloggers that you feel embody the spirit of the Honest Scrap.

so since i’ve been lying to you all these years…finally some honesty.

one. i have a note on my life to-do list that states, “if you don’t run six marathons your father is better than you.”

two. for about six months i wrote a very graphic blog about much more risque topics than you’d ever find here. no, you will never see those posts.

three. i’ve tried everything in the medicine cabinet, so to speak, aside from the horse keith richards rode. i hung out with joe perry’s son in college, though, which has a six-degrees thing going on.

four. i like country music. always have, always will.

five. i really, really miss my college friends. more than i’d like to admit. i’d like to avoid that realization because i don’t see a future with all of us in one place, and that is a sad little slice of life.

six. i’m working with a small crew of really insightful people to reshape the face of theater in chicago.

seven. i work out almost every day, and i’d say 90% of those workouts in the last two years have included a failed intention to do a good abdominal workout. i have no idea why that’s something i just can’t muster up the interest/patience/motivation to do.

eight. i rarely check my blog stats.

nine. the only two people who i’ve actively avoided telling about this blog is my parents, and i’m not entirely sure why.

ten. if i wasn’t doing what i was doing, i’d want to work for twitter.

i’m gonna come back and tag my seven bloggers because i have to run and meet @freeandflawed for some 20SB meetup biz, but remember to leave me some delurking love in the comments!!
